Location, breakfast buffet, lounge to hang out and access internet
We stayed on the 6th floor. One of the 2 elevators didn't work at all, and the other one broke down 3x in a weekend. We visited with our old, 70 lbs dog and had to carry him upstairs each time the elevator broke down. The bathroom had a tile missing in the ceiling. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet is only till 11:00 on the weekend. During the week it's only till 10:00. The reception forgot to mention this, so we got the leftovers on Monday morning. We are regulars here and were always satisfied, but this visit was far from that. Reporting all the discomfort, all we got was a "sorry".

Location, nice foyer, good breakfast buffet
"Charges for dogs may occur" should be changed into will occur. Little surprised. Elevators could use some updating. Pricy parking on premises. Requred extra bed was not present at arrival.

Location
The hotel is rather old and outdated, certainly no 4 stars. On the other hand, the price is also not of a 4 star Hotel :)

The junior-suite is a spacy room and had a nice view on the snow-covered-park.
The hotel desperately needs a re-decoration. Furniture, carpets, walls, elevators, actually everything is old and needs to be replaced or repainted! No value for money.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the main streets. Reasonable price. The room was fairly clean.
The hotel could need to be re-decorated. Staff was not very helpful, and there was a lot of confusion regards to the parking facilities. Breakfast was to expensive. As it is rated as a 4 star hotel I expected the standard to be a little bit higher than this.

The breakfast is very good. There was a very quick response time from the staff for service calls.
The hotel is nice but in need of upgrades to the rooms. This is definitely a "no -frills" type of hotel. There is no a/c in the rooms so it got quite hot but a room fan was provided which helped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I thought that the "suite" that we booked was completely overpriced (eur 119 + city tax + eur 8.50 for parking on the hotel premises per night). It was actually two bedrooms with the door taken out in between. In the unused bedroom, the bed and tv were simply removed (but all the light switches around the bed remained) and the bathroom locked and that apparently passes for a suite! It was not possible to get any food or even a drink at the hotel until 5pm on the day of arrival. At dinnertime, there was a bucket in the main lobby to capture the water leaking through the roof. This is a two star hotel at best as the facilities overall were very poor.
